Service Description

Session conducted in Ukranian & Russian language. Individual pilates session with studio equipment in Ukranian or Russian language. Session specially tailored to the client’s personal goals and needs. Individual pilates session is an opportunity to devote time to yourself, focus on your individual goals and needs, improve deep muscle strength, joint mobility and tissue elasticity, gain excellent well-being, both physical and mental.

Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking a class, only the reservation fee is required. The remaining balance for each reserved class is due upon attendance. Please note: the reservation fee is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please notify MINDFULstudio at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a class. Failure to do so may result in denial of future class reservations until the full price of the missed class is paid.
