Service Description
Reformer + Mat Pilates are two movement formats that complement each other and help you stay connected to your body. Alternating between Reformer and Mat allows you to slow down, feel each movement, and bring greater awareness to your practice. Small group session conducted in Ukranian & Russian language.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking a class, only the reservation fee is required. The remaining balance for each reserved class is due upon attendance. Please note: the reservation fee is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please notify MINDFULstudio at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a class. Failure to do so may result in denial of future class reservations until the full price of the missed class is paid.
