The total cost of one class with a subscription is 22,50 EUR.

You do not need to pay the full amount upfront – only the reservation fee of 30 EUR is required.

Please note: the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Reserve 4 classes at any convenient time from the schedule available on the MINDFULstudio website.

When reserving a class at the check out choose option to use your subscription.

For each reserved class, you will pay the remaining balance at the time of attendance.

Example:

With your Subscription you can reserve 4 group classes (30 EUR / 4 =7,50 EUR per reservation)

For each reserved class, you pay the remaining balance at the time of attendance (total cost of one class 22,50 EUR - Reservation fee 7,50 EUR = 15 EUR).

Rescheduling

Please note: Reservation fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is only possible by prior agreement with the instructor and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class.

If this condition is not met, the class will be considered attended, and its cost will not be refunded.

How to Book a Class

To book a class you should be logged in with the same e-mail that you used to buy a Subscription.

You can choose any group pilates class from the class schedule on the website https://www.mindfulstudio.lv/book-a-class.

At the check out when selecting "Price option" please use your Subscription (it will be there as one of the options). Your class will be reserved.

No-show

No-shows are charged in full.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, please notify MINDFULstudio at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a class.

Failure to do so may result in denial of future class reservations until the full price of the missed class is paid.
